Returns

We guarantee our customers the quality of plants that they expect. If a plant does not fulfil these quality criteria we will refund your purchase provided you contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Beyond this time we cannot accept returns or refunds. Please note that you the customer are responsible for returning the item to our stores. Due to COVID-19 we are only operating limited hours in-store so please contact us on ezgi@flowerwarehouse.co.uk to arrange a return during those times.

Click and Collect

Due to COVID-19 Click and Collect is only available at the following:

Monday - 12pm - 4pm
Friday - 12pm - 4pm 

Orders will need 24 hours to be processed. So if you order on Friday morning, your order will not be available to collect until the Monday. On the rare occasion that your order is not in stock, you will be contacted by email at the earliest opportunity to arrange a different click and collect time. You will receive an email to confirm that your order is ready to collect. Please do not attempt to collect your order before you have received your confirmation email. Please bring your order confirmation with you so that we can process you quickly.

In order to keep contact to a minimum we are currently operating a £30.00 minimum charge on click and collect orders. We will remove this minimum spend once it is safe to do so.


Delivery

We aim to get most orders shipped within 3-5 working days. You will be contacted by text to let you know when your delivery is due. If you are not at home on your designated delivery date your order will be available in-store to click and collect.
